My MacBook always gets so hot playing Flash video...
Adobe's been doing a bunch of things with GPU acceleration lately (the Mercury Playback Engine in Adobe Creative Suite 5 for example) and they are using it to improve Flash playback performance.
We all know that Flash playback on the Mac could do with some serious help, but Adobe has been saying that Apple needed to do some things in the OS so that Flash could do what it needed to do.
So now, maybe they have. At least, that's what Michael Tsai thinks.
Does this mean we don't need to get involved with HTML 5?
